Returns & Exchanges

- All returns must be in a new, unworn, unused, undamaged condition, and in their original packaging (packing slip, shoe box, dust bag, heel tips etc.)
- When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Please try on your shoes on a carpet or similar platform, as our soles are delicate and can be scratched. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
- We reserve the right to not accept returns if not in proper condition. Items that are not accepted for return will be sent back to you.
- All items with a discount of 40% and above are subject to online store credit or exchange only. No refunds for these item(s) can be processed.
- We offer free returns to the USA and Canada, with the exception of AK, NT, YT and NU.
- Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A $10 restocking fee per order will be deducted from your total refund.
- If the delivery cannot be completed and is returned to the sender, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
