New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge), less a $5 processing fee. If you choose to return your item(s), please repack your item with the return form, attach the prepaid UPS label included in your package and bring to any UPS drop off location.

EXCHANGES are FREE. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and utilize the prepaid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, we suggest placing a new order in the interim.
